Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
