Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
